Farmer Buys Basket Of Organic Insurance Policies At Local Urbanites Market

An on trend farmer is doing his best to support struggling local white collar workers by buying their products direct from the weekly twilight urbanites market.

“I know if I buy an insurance policy from Greg’s stall it’s come to me fresh straight from his desk,” said potato farmer Trevor Gumboot. “Sure it’s written in texta on a page torn out of a writing pad and his financial guarantor is some guy named “Knuckles” but at least I know the profits aren’t going to some faceless multinational conglomerate.”

The canny farmer also purchased a cardboard box full of non-GMO stock futures from a chemical free stockbroker and a jar of conserved term deposits from an alternative lifestyle banker.

“Buying my financial instruments here instead of in an office is great for the environment because it eliminates the need for wasteful energy guzzling mod cons like air conditioners, revolving doors and elevators,” said farmer’s wife Beryl Hicks. “I just bought this plastic bag full of office fresh superannuation policies that still had dirt on them. You can still smell the ink from the laser printer.”
